I am a transsexual woman. I wrote the book 24 years ago when I was a man called Michael Cryer. In 2010 I had a sex change and became Shelta-Thari De’Danann from the book.

About the book

My name is Lady Shelta and I am the author of ‘Druids’. On my website, customers will have the chance to purchase my book, ‘Druids, which is a remarkable tale about a man and his family who are persecuted by the druids. Little do they know that he had magical powers and fights the druids till the bitter end. My book is a fantastic combination of magic, mysticism, martial arts, sex, and humour.

While some of the elements of the book are loosely based on my life, ‘Druids’ is a wholly original piece of work that I started to write in 1996, when I first broke my back. While it was a traumatic experience that left me homebound for a while, I used this opportunity to take up creative writing and further my storytelling abilities. It was a challenging time in my life, but taking up writing allowed me to creatively express myself in new ways that I hadn’t before. When I resumed work, I had stopped writing for many years. However, unfortunately, I suffered another injury that required me to stay at home for long lengths of time, so I used this opportunity to finish the book that I had once started. I’m incredibly proud of myself for completing this book and, most importantly, for being able to share this book with the world.
